Student Programs Mission:
"Student Programs promote activities
which embrace the diversity of each
student's unique interests by providing
out-of-classroom experiences that
enrich and enhance their
academic enterprise."
Welcome from S.A.L.P. Coordinator.
Welcome to the Student Activities & Leadership Program (S.A.L.P.) at Grays Harbor College! Our aim is to provide out-of-classroom opportunities that will make for a solid educational experience.
Teamwork, effective communication, goal setting, and conflict resolution are just a few of the skills a student can develop when participating in S.A.L.P.
There are a variety of ways to get involved on campus. Explore as many things as you can: the drama, music departments, student clubs, athletics, volunteering programs, transfer trips, leadership conferences, study abroad opportunities, and a leadership class offered annually.
This pamphlet is meant to be an introduction to what S.A.L.P has to offer. If you think an activity or club is missing, why not start one today? Want more information or have questions?
Come by the S.A.L.P. office located in Room 171 in the HUB. If we cannot answer your questions we will be sure to find the person who can. We look forward to working with you!
Best Wishes,
Cal Erwin-Svoboda
